About Rajni Kaur
Rajni Kaur is a poet and writer whose work explores the quiet, often unspoken corners of the human mind. Her writing draws on themes of anxiety, depression, denial, and the slow, often messy process of self-discovery, turning private struggles into language that feels both raw and recognizable.
Her debut poetry collection, A Box of Delusions, grew out of years of journaling and reflection — an attempt to give shape to the internal battles so many of us fight in secret. Through dark lyricism and stark vulnerability, Rajni's poems map the hallway of the subconscious, where anger guards the door, the past is locked away in the attic, and love is too often bartered for mere attention.
When she isn't writing, Rajni spends her time reading, people-watching, and collecting small, strange observations that often find their way into her work. She believes poetry should not always offer neat, wrapped-up answers — sometimes it is enough to simply be a mirror, letting readers feel a little less alone in their own hallways.
A Box of Delusions is her first published collection, and she hopes it is only the beginning.
